TRY YOUR HAND AT… JOURNALING
As teenagers, many of us scribbled our deepest thoughts in a diary, and journaling is pretty similar, but with a dollop of mindful creativity thrown in. Due to the increased pressures of the past year or so, many adults have turned to journaling to help process their thoughts and express their feelings using everything from notes and doodles to photos and stickers. There are lots of beautiful journals available, but you can use any notepad or paper, while pens, tapes and embellishments from your craft stash are perfect for prettifying your planner. There are no rules – just have fun and go with the flow.
JOURNALING AIDS WELL-BEING, SO DON’T TRY TO DO IT MORE OFTEN THAN YOU HAVE TIME FOR
