ABOUT ME I’m Manon Wevers, 45, an interior stylist (@manon_ interieurstyling). I live here with my husband Bas, 45, a buyer for a transport company, and our children Koen, 14, and Wessel, 11.
MY HOME A three-bedroom 1970s terraced house in Alphen aan den Rijn in the Western Netherlands. We moved here in 2004.
WHEN WE MOVED IN It felt very unloved with just a concrete floor, dated wallpaper and a basic Diystore kitchen and bathroom.
AND NOW After making the kitchen and living room open plan, we’ve transformed every room with multi-functional plywood furniture and a base palette of black, white, sand, army green and blue.
STYLE TIP Experiment and think outside the box. There are no rules!
