1 Source two pallets online (try ebay or Associated Pallets) to stack on top of each other. Hammer in extra nails to replace missing ones and sand down any rough edges. 2 Measure your pallet and get plywood cut to size at a timber yard to form the base for your seat. Cut a piece of upholstery foam

2.5cm bigger than your pallet using scissors or an electric knife.

3 Wrap a piece of quilted batting around your foam and attach this to the underside with spray glue.

4 Pick a fabric, stretch it around the foam pad and fix to the plywood underside with a staple gun. Place against the wall and scatter with super-sized cushions.
