MY CHALLENGE The kitchen felt quite dated, the layout was clunky and there was a lack of storage. It was a bit of a mish-mash to be honest.

MY WISH LIST Reorganising the layout was our priority. We wanted to make space for a separate utility room, open up the dining area

– and I was hoping we could work an island into the new layout too.
