MAKE A RUSTIC COLOUR SCHEME WORK

Paint a space from floor to ceiling. Gemma repainted her kitchen using Farrow & Ball’s Setting Plaster modern emulsion, followed by painting and caulking the wooden ceiling white to match the living space.

Select flooring that is natural and neutral. Gemma chose a travertine stone floor and picked tonal units and an island to create the illusion of a larger area.

Go for tonal colours that will work in harmony together.

Add accessories, such as woven baskets, plants, and wooden and glass jars for details.
