TV’s ice star injured in accident
BRIAN McFadden’s future on Dancing On Ice is hanging in the balance after horror injuries left him unable to skate.
The presenter, 38, damaged his shoulder and tendons, and was unable to rehearse yesterday.
Producers fear his debut routine with skating partner Alex Murphy in tonight’s live show will have to be scrapped.
Experts are due to assess the former member of boy band Westlife’s injuries today. A show insider said: “This has thrown the live show into chaos. Producers won’t know until the last minute if he’ll be able to take part.
“There are concerns he’ll have to pull out altogether, which would mean the show losing one of its biggest names.”
