Service isn’t a has-bin

OR ANYBODY who thought this government was a bit rubbish, proposals to force councils to have bins collected at least once a fortnight should restore some confidence.

Too often it is forgotten that the delivery of basic services is the hallmark of whether society and government is functioning properly. Reducing collections or charging extra for recycling services is unacceptable. So well done to ministers for stepping in and trying to ensure a proper service.
