It’s do or die for Eubank’s dream
CHRIS EUBANK JR admits losing another Battle of Britain clash on Saturday would end his dream of becoming a legitimate world champion like his dad, Chris Snr.
A year after being out-pointed by George Groves for the WBA world supermiddleweight title, Eubank (right) takes on James DeGale to settle a seven-year feud for the fringe IBO belt at London’s O2 Arena. Eubank, 29, will have American trainer Nate Vasquez in his corner for the first time.
He said: “We both can’t afford to lose. We’re both at a position that a loss would be devastating.”
