North Korea stages more missile tests
NORTH Korea fired two ballistic missiles yesterday in protest at a joint Us-south Korea military exercise – the fourth such firing in less than two weeks.
The missiles, which landed in the sea, were launched shortly after US President Donald Trump revealed that North Korean ruler Kim Jong-un had sent him a letter
“very nicely” suggesting they meet again once the “ridiculous and expensive” exercises were over.
In a tweettrump added: “It was also a small apology for testing the short-range missiles, and that this testing would stop when the exercises end.
“A nuclear-free North Korea will lead to one of the most successful countries in the world!”
