Housemaid tells of the morning Andrew tried cooking his own bacon for breakfast

- From Mike Parker IN LOS ANGELES

A HOUSEMAID told to serve Prince Andrew at paedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s desert ranch has revealed the royal felt so at home he tried cooking his own breakfast.

Deidre Stratton says she was ordered to wait on the Duke of York’s every need when he visited the sprawling £9million estate for three days in 2001.

In a book just out in the US, she recalls being so nervous she asked Epstein if she should curtsy to the prince during his stay at Zorro Ranch in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Deidre said he arrived in his friend’s jet on the property’s private runway.

The ranch, whose employees have all been interviewed by the FBI, is where a second alleged victim – identified only as ‘Jane Doe 15’ in legal documents – claims Andrew “took my sexual innocence” when she was 15 years old.

Her allegations follow those of former “sex slave”virginia Roberts Giuffre who claims to have slept with the royal three times, including once in London when she was 17.

Prince Andrew has denied all allegations against him.

In new book Epstein: Dead Men Tell No Tales, Deidre tells how she offered to make Andrew’s breakfast.

She said: “But he goes, ‘No, I want to try.’when I got up there later to tidy up, you could smell burnt bacon.

“He’s like, ‘I didn’t do so well’. He ended up with a croissant with cream cheese. He couldn’t even fry bacon. Isn’t that cute?”

The book also alleges Andrew was supplied with a female “companion” by Epstein.
