Man held in terror probe

COUNTER-TERROR police arrested a 21-year-old man yesterday.

Scotlandyard said the man, from east London, is being held on suspicion of the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.

The suspect, who has not been named, is being held by the Metropolitan Police at a south London police station.

He was arrested at a residential address which was being searched by officers yesterday.
