Supercat’s Blitz spirit
IT is often said that the Blitz spirit got Britain through hard times. Now a cat of that name from London seems to have taken the national spirit of endurance to a new level.
Surviving an attack by a gang of foxes and having evaded the ticket barriers, he wandered on to a north London Tube track and was injured by a train.
For seven hours he stayed between the lines, over which passed 250 more trains, before he was rescued.
A truly superfeline feat.
