GAME-CHANGING Quantum Of The Seas will make her Alaska debut in summer 2021. Royal Caribbean’s first smartship will join Ovation, Radiance and Serenade Of The Seas in the vast US state, sailing from Seattle, Vancouver and Seward.
It will be the line’s biggest Alaska season with four ships and passengers will visit destinations such as Endicott
Arm Fjord, Sitka Sound and the Alaskan capital Juneau.
On-board experiences include next-generation entertainment – Roboscreens which fuse performance art and technology – plus skydiving, surfing, the North
Star glass observation capsule which rises 300ft above sea level, cocktails served by robots at the Bionic Bar and indoor activity space Seaplex which is home to bumper cars, trapeze, roller skating and basketball.
The 168,666 gross tonnage, 4,905 passenger ship also features 18 dining options, including Jamie’s Italian, Asian at Izumi, steaks at Chops Grille and sizzling sausage selections at Dog House.
