Trump: No let-up in quest for more titles
WORLD champion and world No1 Judd Trump is ready to rule the roost when snooker returns.
The record-breaking Juddernaut has swept aside all before him by winning an historic six ranking titles in the same season.
And the hungry 30-yearold left-hander can make even more history when the game hopefully returns later this year.
“Over the next couple of seasons I’m hoping I can really pick up the pace,” said Trump. “I’d like to keep on target for some more records by the end of my career. But if not, then I just want to win as many tournaments as I can for somebody of my talent.
“Records are important, but they’re not the be-all and end-all.
“As long as I can keep winning tournaments – hopefully at the rate I have been doing recently – then that would be great.”
