Testing time for Matt

So nine million people in Qingdao, China, will be tested for Covid-19 over a period of five days.

Back in May, everyone in Wuhan – 11 million of them – was tested. As such China has by and large brought the virus under control. What happened to our “world class” testing system?

Maybe Matt Hancock should go on a fact-finding mission to China – that is if they will let him in.
