CRITICS and bookies are backing Sacha Baron Cohen to lead Britain’s bid for glory at tonight’s Golden Globe Awards.

The versatile star is up for Best Comedy Performanc­e for his hilarious sequel Borat Subsequent Moviefilm, as well as Best Supporting Actor for his serious role inthetrial Ofthe Chicago 7.

He won the comedy gong in 2007 for the original Borat movie.

Tonight’s virtual ceremony, delayed two months by the pandemic, will be the first to be a “bi-coastal event,” with US comedianst­ina Fey andamy Poehler hosting from

Newyork and Beverly Hills.
