Act ‘must go’ to tackle immigration

BORIS Johnson is being urged to bin the Human Rights Act so Britain can deal with illegal migration.

The Common Sense Group of 60 MPS has written to the PM, warning that Labour will win back so-called red wall seats if they do not take action.

Dudley North MP Marco Longhi said the “toxic” issue was of huge concern to constituents.

Tory MPS feel Downing Street is not letting Home Secretary Priti Patel take “decisive action”.

Their letter suggests the “frustrating” Human Rights Act be replaced by a British Bill of Rights.
