Family comes first for Helen
OLYMPIC star Helen Glover says the heartache of missing out on a medal has made her step back from sport to spend more time with her family.
Helen – who has one-year-old twins Kit and Willow and son Logan, three, with wildlife presenter Steve Backshall – came fourth with Polly Swann in the Tokyo Olympics rowing pairs.
She said: “[It] taught me to embrace being a mum even more as that’s what is most important.”
She is taking part in Babybel’s back to school campaign.
