STEPHENSON’S ROCKET

I HAVE two complaints about The Complaints Department (Comedy Central, Monday) – and I don’t want to talk to a robot avatar about it, either. It’s not funny and there’s no format. Otherwise it’s a breakout hit! While Joe Lycett’s Channel 4 consumer show Got Your Back is funny and informative, The Complaints Department is a weird hybrid and is neither. There are funny people on it, but seriously, guys, just ditch it. Like all complaints, I expect this one won’t be heeded. Now, where can I complain?
