A HAT-TRICK of draws has slowedwest Brom’s passage back to the Premier League.

Valerien Ismael’s side allowed themselves to become involved in a physical slugfest which was no advert for the Championship.

Ismael admitted: “It was important for us to score just before half-time.we tried everything.we lacked quality.”

North End boss Frankie Mcavoy thought former Preston striker Jordan Hugill elbowed Patrick Bauer and should have been sent off.

Mcavoy said: “It took a long time to stop the bleeding. In my view it was dangerous.”
