HARTLEPOOL’S teenage supersub Joe Grey came off the bench and smashed home a 61st-minute winner with his first touch.

The Tangerines should have been out of sight by half-time with Keshi Anderson’s eighth-minute opener scant reward for their superiority.

But Hartlepool equalised in the 48th minute when David Ferguson’s deflected shot foxed Daniel Grimshaw.

Manager Graeme Lee, who only took charge last month, said: “I asked Joe to make an impact when I sent him on.

“Mind you, I didn’t expect it to happen that quickly.”
