Life’s no uphill struggle now

-

INGRID Ord has conquered her mountain – she can now get to the top of the hill near her Warwickshire home that used to be so daunting. “It’s a beautiful place here to walk, a small hill, for most people, but for me it’s quite a challenge,” says a delighted Ingrid, 67. “I can get up to the top now and look at the incredible view.”

Ingrid had been feeling drained. “We moved into our new house in December a year ago and there was so much I wanted to do,” she says. “And then I realised that I was utterly exhausted… I found I was doing nothing, just the absolute basics. And I was desperate.”

Then Ingrid read about a supplement called Magnesium+ developed by Futureyou Cambridge – a leading food supplement company known for formulations backed by scientific research.

Magnesium is an essential mineral for all aspects of health… muscles, bones, heart, immunity, mood, even simply a good night’s sleep, and it’s vital for fighting fatigue.and yet more than half of us aren’t getting the daily recommended intake from our diets.

Increasingly we are discovering the link between a lack of magnesium and persistent low energy, and finding that a supplement can help.

“I looked at the research and I liked the science behind Magnesium+,” says Ingrid, a psychotherapist. “I thought, right – let’s try it. I’ll do it for three months, and see if there’s any improvement.

“Now I feel rejuvenated!

I find that, after a bit of a rest, I feel more physical energy so can do a few things around the house.”

Magnesium helps muscles function correctly, keeps bones strong and is fundamental for energy production at a cellular level. Unlike other supplements that use magnesium oxide, Magnesium+ uses a naturally-occurring mineral, magnesium lactate, which optimises and maintains the body’s magnesium levels.

Magnesium+ is twice as absorbable as a standard magnesium oxide supplement, meaning you need much less per capsule to deliver the same amount, making it much more efficient.

It also contains vitamin B6 which contributes to a reduction in tiredness and helps with energy-yielding metabolism.
