Adele’s $1m a night for captivating Vegas fans
ADELE has “won over” casino bosses by delivering an eradefining Las Vegas show.
And now they are rewarding her with $1million a night.
The Set Fire To The Rain singer had been due to start her headline-grabbing run at Caesars Colosseum in January last year but pulled out just 24 hours before curtain up.
Adele later revealed the production was not ready.
And last summer she said the backlash against her decision, with some accusing her of “diva-like” behaviour, had left her “devastated”.
This left insiders at Caesars Palace fearing the 34-year-old would not return to honour her residency commitments.
But the Grammy award winner’s show, which began last November, has proved to be one of the greatest in Vegas history. Those who fork out hundreds to see her have been left captivated

by her ‘intimate” performances and banter.
This has prompted casino chiefs to hike their deal with the Tottenham-born star to around £800,000 per show.
There’s also a 34-date extension until November.
Last night, a Caesars Palace insider said: “There was panic when she cancelled but, after the reactions, Adele has become a legend in the town.
“The money for this next run has been upped considerably. Now her package deal is worth over a million dollars a night.
“It may seem a lot but it’s worth every dime. Adele’s masterful performances and conversation has meant she is the most in-demand and talked about show on the strip.”
Another senior figure in the hotel industry, who asked not to be named, said: “Adele has paved the way for venues to aim for the biggest names in live music including Beyonce, Justin Bieber and the Rolling Stones.”
