National treasure Dame Judi Dench heads off on an unforgettable journey to the untouched rainforests of Borneo in this fascinating new two-part documentary series. In the jungle she comes face to face with an assortment of wildlife from sun bears and elephants to – her favourites – orangutans. The indomitable actress also takes to the skies in a helicopter and is hoisted up a 100-metre high tree before embarking on a crocodile hunt. Tuesday, 9pm, ITV

Craft queen Kirstie Allsopp shows famous faces the ropes as she puts a batch of celebrities to the test in a series of crafting challenges. The first episode sees Rav Wilding and Angellica Bell go head-to-head as they attempt to make polymer clay planters. Who will be crowned the winner?
