Sour Cherry Gin Sling
SERVES two
50ml gin

25ml Cointreau
●
Juice of ½ a lime
●
50ml sour cherry
● cordial/syrup
1 dash Angostura
● bitters Handful of ice cubes
●
Sparkling water
●
Edible flowers,
● to garnish
1. Add the gin, Cointreau, lime juice, cherry cordial, Angostura bitters and a couple of ice cubes to a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake for 2-3 minutes, until well combined.
3. Pour into glasses and add the remaining ice.
4. Top up the glasses with a splash of sparkling water and garnish the drinks with an edible flower, if using.
