I have ridges across several fingernails. Do I need supplements?
Horizontal ridges in nails are usually due to trauma from picking at or over-zealous manicuring of the cuticle. Try not to pick (ask others to tell you if you do it subconsciously) and be very gentle with DIY manicures.
The existing ridges should slowly grow out, and no more should form. If you eat a healthy balanced diet, your nails are unlikely to benefit from supplements.
