● wine 180ml beef stock

● sauce 2 tbsp honey

● deseeded and chopped

4 x 400g tins chopped

● tomatoes 1 tsp smoked

● paprika 4 tsp ground

● cumin 2 tsp ground

● coriander 2 tsp hot

● chilli powder 3 tsp

● ground ginger 2 tsp

● mixed herbs ½ tsp salt

●

½ tsp ground black

● pepper 1 chopped

● chilli, plus extra to serve

3 tbsp tomato purée

●

1 tbsp tomato ketchup

●

1 tsp chipotle paste

●

2 chunks of 80% dark

● chocolate 2 x 400g tins

● kidney beans, drained and rinsed 1 x 420g

● tin mixed beans, drained and rinsed A small

● bunch of fresh coriander, chopped, plus extra to serve Cooked rice, to
