1. Cook the fish fingers as per the packet instructio­ns.

2. Shred the lettuce and

quarter the tomatoes, then leave to one side.

3. Mix all the ingredient­s for

the tartare sauce together and season with salt and pepper. 4. Fill each taco shell with the

lettuce and tomatoes then top with a fish finger, tartare sauce and sprig of parsley.
