Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussain is on a mission to prove that baking can be quick and easy. Having already got us attempting cakes and afternoon tea, this week it’s time to tackle easy roasts, from pineapple lamb ribs to caramelised onion curry. We’re not convinced they’ll be simple to cook, but they certainly sound good enough to eat.
