My partner insists on sex in the dark because she doesn’t like the look of her genitalia. She’s a member of a gym and is convinced that other women are neater in that department.

She wants to use our savings to pay for a “designer vagina” which, she says, will make her more confident and me more satisfied. How crazy is this?

Don’t dismiss your partner’s concerns. If she’s feeling bad about her body, she requires a sympathetic ear.
