They say my late dad was no saint

I worshipped my late dad. He treated me a like a princess, but now I’m hearing mutterings that he was an unscrupulous man who conned people and ripped them off.

How can I reconcile that image with the man I trusted and loved?

All you can do is remember your father in your own way. Stop listening to gossip because the clock can’t be turned back.

GP. Your father may not have been a saint, but he treated you well. It’s not your job to apologise to anyone he may or may not have hurt.
