Strike at the roots

If you use L’oréal Paris’ Magic Retouch instant cover-up spray on your roots, you’ll be pleased to see its new sister product, Magic Retouch Permanent Root Concealer, £9.99. It comes with a brush applicator for working the dye into the roots, although there’s a nozzle to pop on if you prefer.

If you have “stubborn greys”, you’ll probably need more than the suggested 10 minutes to get optimum coverage. However, the lack of tell-tale staining on the forehead more than makes up for this.
