Carole sparks new war in royal feud
THE Duchess of Cambridge’s “Cold War” with her royal sister-in-law appears to have been continued by Kate’s mother Carole Middleton. She let slip in an interview last week that Kate and William planned to spend Christmas Day with her family instead of Prince Harry, Meghan and the rest of the Royal Family.
Palace aides said both the Cambridges and Sussexes would spend the holiday together at Sandringham, the Queen’s Norfolk estate. But in an interview given before the palace intervention, Carole revealed that the Christmas meal at the Middletons’ home in Berkshire could be moved earlier to accommodate the “young grandchildren”.
