MANCHESTER UNITED boss Jose Mourinho has challenged Paul Pogba to match the fight shown by his team-mates if he is to force his way back in to his good books.

And Mourinho insisted Pogba (right) has a point to prove when he makes a first start in three matches against Valencia in the Champions League on Wednesday. “He has to play with the same mentality as the team,” said Mourinho when asked what the midfielder had to do to get back in the side. “Paul has the potential to be a fantastic player. Against Valencia he is going to start – and have a fantastic game to show how good he is.”

United moved into sixth place in the table with the 4-1 victory.
