She ordered camellia bushes, carnations and other shrubs, paying £ 52 by debit card online on June 3.
“Delivery was to be three to f ive days or up to 15 at busy periods. So I waited 24 and decided to contact them, which proved impossible.”
That’s when she alerted me. She said: “It seems people have been getting the same automated message since January. Please help.”
Gardening Express did not respond.
But the good news is that Annette’s bank, RBS, are now investigating on her behalf.
