TV Holly stays in dip-top shape
Tel l y st ar Hol l y Willoughby is on a diet of chicken, carrots and hummus in a bid to maintain her slim new figure.
Viewers of This Morning, a nd her 2 . 8mi l l ion Instagram followers, have been desperate to know the secret to her weight loss.
Now it’s been revealed that the chickpea spread is one secret behind her transformation.
A TV insider said: “Holly is determined to keep her new- look body, so she mainly eats chicken, carrots and hummus. You’ll never see her without a pack of mango either, to satisfy her sweet tooth.”
Pilates fan Holly, 36, has also taken up ballet and kickboxing to stay trim.
The source added: “She loves doing them. She says she’s discovered ‘a new me’ and won’t be giving up any time soon.”
The TV favourite, who co-presents the ITV show with Phillip Schofield, has refused to discuss her svelte and glowing new look.
She has said: “I don’t want to encoura ge eat ing disorders.
“I try not to focus too much on my appearance. As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me.”
But Holly – mum to Harry, eight, Belle, six, and Chester, three, with husband Dan Baldwin – has said: “The children are a little bit older, so I’ve got a little bit more time for myself.
“And I’m always one of those people, that if you feel happy and healthy, that’s all that matters.”
