The source added: “She loves doing them. She says she’s discovered ‘a new me’ and won’t be giving up any time soon.”

She has said: “I don’t want to encoura ge eat ing disorders.

“I try not to focus too much on my appearance. As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me.”

But Holly – mum to Harry, eight, Belle, six, and Chester, three, with husband Dan Baldwin – has said: “The children are a little bit older, so I’ve got a little bit more time for myself.

“And I’m always one of those people, that if you feel happy and healthy, that’s all that matters.”
