Cove Rangers claimed the Highland League crown in style and set their sights on the SPFL.
Cove sealed it with a 5- 0 victory over Clach. Paul McManus and Conor Scully both hit doubles in the rout with Jamie Masson rounding off the scoring.
John Sheran praised his players for power ing through a fixture backlog en route to the title.
Sheran said: “To win it with f ive games to go is fantastic and to win four games in the space of a week is an amazing feat.
“We thank Wick for doing us a favour in beating Fraserburgh, ensuring we got the job done a bit quicker.
“Now the players want to end this season unbeaten and take us to the SPFL.”
Steven Anderson scored all four goals as Wick killed off Fraserburgh’s title hopes with a 4- 0 home win.
