Top of the ops dream

A choir of 26 transplant patients aim to top the charts for Christmas.

Musician James Tottle, who had a heart swap more than 20 years ago, founded the Gifted Organs group.

Their single Tomorrow will be released on iTunes next Sunday.

James, from Bath, said: “We want to raise awareness of the need for more organs.”
