Big return in store

Tomorrow is set to be the busiest day on the high street for returns, say experts.

More people are forecast to take back items bought in the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales than any other day of the year.

Researchers expect a spike in returns as shoppers decide which of the online bargains they will keep and which they will send back.
