Lucky Amanda Holden. Married 10 years and her hubby still takes photos of her on holiday.

She supplied a string of bikini shots from her 10th wedding anniversary trip to the Maldives.

Presumably husband Chris was behind the camera, happy to mark a decade of married bliss. And Amanda can mark countless hours in the gym with photographic evidence of her beach body.

My hubby took 300-odd pics when we were on holiday. There are more of beached elephant seals than there are of me.

But that’s 18 years of married bliss for you.

And this while she was apparently one of three women from a small office to have raised complaints against the same man.

So a dedicated, intelligent young woman has been off work for two years and faces giving up completely the job she loves. The role she had studied and trained so hard for may be lost to her forever, sacrificed to an untrustworthy system.

All employees should be able to expect so much better than this. We have never been so open about our mental health and we know full well the dangers of bottling up our fears and tolerating in silence what we find intolerable.

The Me Too movement should have given us confidence in speaking out and trust that accusations be handled sensitively, confidentially and respectfully – as well as investigated appropriately.
