On track for £185

Agnes Paterson is back on track after I secured her a £185 refund from ScotRail.

They’d offered just £30 in travel vouchers when she missed a connecting train to London due to engineering works, then had to buy new tickets. But Agnes, of Stirling, soon received a cheque when I got involved.
