Eilidh was just six when she was diagnosed with severe scoliosis and had to wear a back brace before an op to fuse her spine. After so much time in hospital, she became fascinated by prosthetics.

After meeting a prosthetics designer, Eilidh researched 3D printing and developed a casing made of silicone and spring steel that covers arm prosthetics.
