Jordan was just 12 when he was driven to the brink of suicide by homophobic bullies.

As an adult, he set up the Time for Inclusive Education ( TIE) campaign to train teachers in lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex issues. Jordan gave evidence to a parliamentary committee and secured a mandate from a majority of MSPs in favour of TIE’s pledge for inclusive education in all schools – a world first.
