Staff chief Kelly to go

Chief of staff John Kelly is set to leave the White House by the end in year in a West Wing reshuf f le by US president Donald Trump.

Nick Ayers, vice-president Mike Pence’s chief of staff, is expected to replace Kelly.

Retired Marine Corps general Kel ly had been praised for imposing order after being appointed last year but his relationship with Trump has soured.
