Death at bus yard

A man has died after being struck by a bus.

The 43-year-old was hit in Cochranemill Road, Johnstone, at about 12.50am on Friday.

The incident happened at McGill’s bus yard in the Renfrewshire town.

He was taken to Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley but died from his injuries in the early hours of yesterday.

Police inquiries are ongoing.
