Ssangyong’s rallying cry
SsangYong have unveiled the Rexton DKR to compete in next year’s Dakar Rally after their successful campaigning of a Tivoli-inspired car in this year’s event.
Developed by SsangYong Motorsport in Spain, the new Rexton DKR utilises a dune buggy body style with the muscular design features of the SsangYong Rexton SUV.
The 11-day rally starts in Peru on January 6 and competitors will race for more than 5000km.
