Hot Gin Punch A new serve we’re trying out with Jindea gin, a sloe & juniper cordial, lots of cloudy apple juice and some mixed spice. Nightstand One of our menu drinks featuring rich, dark PX sherry, hazelnut liqueur, some fermented apple juice and a home-made pear and date shrub. Mimosa Freshly-squeezed orange juice and champagne. It’s simple but justifies having a drink on Christmas morning.
