I jet in to win fight over flight
Colin Carmichael was £160 out of pocket after easyJet cancelled his flight home from London.
He and two pals had been forced to find a hotel for the night, with the airline promising to cover the cost.
But four months later he was still chasing the money.
Colin, of Kinning Park, Glasgow, said: “I sent all the documents they asked for four times but they haven’t got back to me.”
The airline had already refunded the cost of the flights plus £1.05, which was the difference in cost between the flights and his train home.
But after I got on to easyJet, they sent Colin a further £186, £76 of which was in vouchers.
He said: “They apologised and I accepted their offer.”
