Aunt’s kids will inherit

My aunt died but did not leave a will. She has two children, both of whom live abroad. As a result, I have been dealing with clearing her house. She is up to her eyes in debt but the property is worth at least £250,000. What can I do? The son and daughter need to speak to a solicitor as a matter of urgency regarding tying up their mum’s affairs. The house will have to be sold and debts paid before any residue can be distribute­d.
