Driven mad after firm fail to fix grandson’s toy car

Cole Christie is fed up going nowhere in his shiny toy car.

The engine keeps cutting out on the Volvo XC90.

His gran Eleanor Christie called me in after battling with online firm Duplay, who have failed to source a new part and won’t respond to emails.

The 60-year-old said: “I’m furious. I have one unhappy two-year-old.” Eleanor, of Lanark, paid £279.94 by credit card in July.

Cole received the car in September but it developed a fault and she contacted Duplay on October 22.

Eleanor added: “They claimed the main circuit may need swapping over.”

But B after promising pro to source so the part, pa she is still sti waiting.

Her H credit card ca company couldn’t co help but the good news is that tha PayPal are on the case.
